General Warehouse Operative

About the role

2Flow is the fulfilment division of the Cyclone Group. We are looking to recruit friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our Goods In team and our pick & pack team on a full-time basis. On-the-job training will be provided to successful applicants. Our warehouse is located in Dublin 11.

What we’re looking for

Pick & pack team

The majority of this work is picking and packing orders and managing stock, so we’re looking for individuals with good attention to detail — it’s very important that we send customers the correct orders. It’s also important that you are comfortable picking and packing a variety of different products, which can be large and bulky with their own specific packing requirements.

You’ll be on your feet while picking orders, and while there is minimal heavy lifting involved, there is quite a bit of moving of boxes — so it’s important you’re happy doing this and have a decent level of physical fitness.

Goods In team

The Goods In team assist in the control of stock levels throughout our multiple busy warehouses. Stock needs to be depalletised and replenished on an hourly and daily basis. For this role, it is vital to be open to working as part of a team. Other aspects of the job include general tidiness of the warehouse and helping with picking and packing of orders when necessary.

As the majority of this work is checking, counting and managing stock, we’re looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail.

The ideal candidates will have previous experience in order picking or similar work where attention to detail was key. This isn’t essential — training will be provided if you have the right attitude and are keen to learn.

Requirements

• You must live in Dublin (Ireland) and/or have a means of transportation to report to work at our warehouse in Dublin 11.
• You are a motivated, hardworking individual who works well in a team.
• You are computer literate and comfortable working with computer systems.
• You are flexible with your time, punctual and consistent.
• You have the ability to pick and pack orders correctly and efficiently, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent English speaker.
