They have a really good machine at 2Flow. Better than the in-house one we have elsewhere. It works really well. It gets pulled out of the box, goes to the engraving team, and comes back packed to spec.
Even sometimes we're coming to them with weird requests. I went to them and said, guys, I know this is a weird one. Could we get three crates shipped over to our UK warehouse? They were like, yeah, that's fine. Really flexible when it comes to stuff that might not be the everyday.
We had Christmas boxes flying out to everywhere. Going into retail, kitted and made up by 2Flow. The volume far exceeded what we thought we were going to do. They absorbed it.
