Before
The brand was scaling fast and needed a fulfilment partner who could handle a specific requirement: refrigerated storage for probiotic and supplement products. They went through the market. Most 3PLs either weren't set up for cold chain, or made it sound like a months-long undertaking to find out if they could accommodate it at all.

Living room carnage.
There had to be a better way.
Before
Their first Christmas nearly broke them. Orders were piling up, they were packing and embossing around the clock, and there was no room to move in the house. The founder had built his own Shopify integration just to manage the volume. It was unsustainable and everyone knew it.
The switch

Then a decision that changed everything.
Before
Their previous fulfilment company had a Monday problem: weekend orders couldn't ship, and the backlog regularly spilled into Tuesday. On top of the delays, prices were creeping up. When issues arose, nobody took ownership. "Whenever we needed something, they'd always point to someone else on the team." The brand was growing across four markets - Ireland, UK, US and Canada - and the operation couldn't keep up.

The operation
The brand is a niche luxury fragrance house, distributed globally. The Irish operation handles products classified as dangerous goods - alcohol-based fragrances in glass bottles, limited-quantity shipping, routes to the US, Middle East, and across Europe. Getting this wrong isn't just a customer service problem. It carries compliance implications. When the brand decided to expand this side of the operation, the founder came to visit 2Flow personally before committing.
Three years in
The relationship is built entirely on trust. The country manager has real-time stock visibility through the platform at any moment - a capability the brand doesn't have with its other operations, where stock is still counted manually. Response times from the 2Flow team average under an hour. 2Flow also handles laser engraving for bottle caps - a specialist value-add that required custom setup. When a carrier issue emerged, the team worked through a solution proactively rather than waiting to be pushed.
