You can see everything we can see.
2Flow runs on enterprise warehouse management software used by leading 3PLs across Europe. Every order, every pick, every stock movement is tracked in real time - and you have direct access to all of it.
How it runs
What the platform does on your behalf
The warehouse management system sits at the centre of every operation. It is what makes same-day dispatch possible, what catches errors before they reach customers, and what lets the team scale through peak without slowing down.
Orders sync in minutes
Orders from your Shopify store or other sales channel sync automatically and are queued for picking the moment they are placed. No manual imports, no batched uploads.
Pick accuracy, by design
Every pick is barcode-scanned against the order. The system validates the right product, the right quantity, the right destination before anything leaves the shelf. Errors are flagged before they become mis-ships.
Expiry and rotation management
For health, food and perishable products, the platform enforces FIFO and FEFO automatically. Oldest stock ships first. Expiry dates are tracked per batch. No manual rotation required.
Built for peak
Batch scheduling groups orders for efficient picking runs. The system allocates work automatically across the team, maintaining throughput whether it is a quiet Tuesday or Black Friday weekend.
Returns handled properly
Returned items are received, inspected and logged back to stock through the same system - with full traceability. Nothing gets lost in a pile or restocked without a record.
Multi-carrier, automatic labels
Integrated with all major carriers. The platform generates shipping labels automatically and routes orders to the right carrier based on destination, weight and service level. No manual carrier selection.
Client portal
Your operation, visible from anywhere.
As a 2Flow client, you get your own secure portal. It is not a read-only dashboard that shows you what we decide to share. It gives you direct, real-time access to your stock, your orders, your inbound deliveries and your account - from any device, at any time.
Most brands tell us they check it once a day at most. The point is not that you need to watch it constantly. The point is that when you need something, it is there - and you do not need to call us to get it.
What you can access
Everything in your portal
Seven things you can do from the client portal - without picking up the phone.
Live stock levels
See exactly what you have in the warehouse right now. Units by SKU, by batch, by location. The same view the 2Flow team has - updated in real time.
Order tracking
Track every order from the moment it is placed to the moment it dispatches. See status in real time - pending, picking, packed, dispatched. No more chasing for updates.
Inbound management
Raise advance shipping notices and schedule incoming deliveries yourself. The warehouse team can plan receiving before your stock arrives, which means faster check-in times.
On-demand reports
Build and run your own inventory, order and performance reports whenever you need them. No waiting, no requests. Pull a stock report at 11pm before a board meeting the next morning.
Itemised invoices
Every charge broken down by activity: storage, pick and pack, handling, returns, shipping. You can see exactly what you are being charged for and why.
Low stock alerts
Set your own threshold per SKU. When stock drops below it, you get an automatic alert. You decide the level - the platform does the watching.
Raise and track queries
Log support queries directly through the portal and track their status. Every issue is on record, with a response thread - so nothing falls into a WhatsApp message and gets lost.
Product management
Add and update product details directly from the portal. Set preferences for stock allocation, picking method, and labelling requirements without going back and forth over email.
In practice
What this looks like day-to-day
Three things that happen differently when your fulfilment partner runs on a proper platform.
You stop chasing updates
Instead of emailing your 3PL to ask how many units you have left, or whether an order has gone out, you check the portal. It takes 30 seconds. Real-time data means the answer is always current - not from a spreadsheet that was updated at the end of last week.
You know about stock issues before your customers do
Low stock alerts fire automatically when a SKU hits your threshold. You have time to place a replenishment order before you sell out. No more discovering you have run out of your bestseller when the customer service emails start arriving.
Inbound stock arrives faster
When you raise an advance shipping notice before your delivery arrives, the warehouse team can plan the receiving run before the pallet comes through the door. Stock gets checked in and available to sell faster than if it arrives unannounced.
