Orders are validated on import against your product catalogue. Custom rules can be configured to route, flag, or hold orders based on conditions you define - address format, product combinations, order value.
Automatic carrier selection
The system selects the right carrier and service level based on destination, weight and your routing rules. Labels are generated automatically. No manual carrier decisions per order.
Tracking number pushback
As soon as an order is dispatched, the tracking number is pushed back to Shopify and the order is marked fulfilled. Your customer receives their dispatch confirmation without anyone on your team intervening.
Real-time inventory sync
Stock levels in Shopify are updated in real time as items are picked, dispatched and returned. What your store shows is what is actually in the warehouse - preventing overselling and keeping your catalogue accurate.
Multi-storefront support

Product catalogue sync
Products added or updated in Shopify can be reflected in the warehouse system. SKU data, variants, weights and dimensions stay aligned between your store and our operation.
Returns processing
Returned items are received, inspected and logged back into stock through the same system. Returns are visible in the client portal and stock adjustments flow back to Shopify when items are restocked.
