Cookie Policy
How 2Flow uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, what they do, and how you can control them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website may put on your computer or mobile device when you first visit a site or page. The cookie helps the website, or another website, to recognise your device the next time you visit. Web beacons and similar technologies can do the same thing. We use the term "cookies" in this policy to refer to all files that collect information in this way.
Cookies serve many functions. They can help us remember your preferences, analyse how our website is performing, and recommend content we believe will be most relevant to you. Most cookies do not collect information that identifies you personally.
What sort of cookies do we use?
Our cookies fall into four categories:
| Category | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Essential | Required for the operation of our website. They enable core functionality such as secure login and session management. If you disable these cookies, some parts of the website will not function. |
| Performance | Analyse how visitors use our website and monitor site performance. They help us identify popular pages, fix errors, and improve the user experience. We use tools such as Google Analytics for this purpose. |
| Functionality | Remember your preferences (for example, your region or language) so that you do not have to re-enter them each visit. They also enable enhanced features such as video playback. |
| Targeting & Advertising | Used to serve advertisements that are more relevant to you and your interests. These cookies may be set by us or by our third-party advertising partners. We do not share your identity with our advertisers. |
Third-party cookies
Some cookies on our website are set by third parties. These include analytics services and our CRM provider. We do not control these cookies and they are governed by the privacy policies of the relevant third parties.
| Provider | Purpose | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Website traffic analysis, page performance and visitor behaviour. Data is anonymised and aggregated. | policies.google.com/privacy |
| HubSpot | CRM and contact tracking. HubSpot sets cookies to identify returning visitors, track pages visited, and associate form submissions with a contact record. Data is stored on HubSpot's EU servers (EU1 region). | legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Bot and spam protection on our quote form. Does not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. | cloudflare.com/privacypolicy |
If you are based in the European Union and would like to learn more about your cookie choices, please visit www.youronlinechoices.eu.
Email tracking
Our emails may contain a single, campaign-unique tracking pixel that tells us whether our emails are opened and records clicks through to links within the email. We use this information to understand which of our emails are interesting to recipients, and to improve future communications. The pixel is deleted when you delete the email. If you do not wish the pixel to be downloaded to your device, select to receive emails from us in plain text rather than HTML.
Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a new cookie, block certain types of cookies, or delete all cookies already stored. Refer to your browser's help pages for the most up-to-date instructions:
Please remember that if you disable cookies, certain parts of our website may not function correctly.
Opting out of targeted advertising
If you are concerned about behaviourally-targeted advertising cookies, you can opt out of third-party advertising cookies through the following industry tools:
Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last revised.
