1. About 2Flow

The 2flow.ie website is operated by Cyclone Corporate Services Group Limited (trading as 2Flow), a company registered in Ireland with its registered office at Pleasant's House, Pleasant's Street, Dublin 8, D08F54N, Ireland. In these Terms, references to "2Flow", "we", "us" or "our" mean Cyclone Corporate Services Group Limited.

13. Commercial Services

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. If you engage 2Flow for fulfilment, warehousing, delivery or other commercial services, a separate written services agreement will apply to those services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the services agreement will prevail in respect of the services it covers.

14. Governing Law

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of Ireland. You and 2Flow both agree that the courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
