Simon founded 2Flow with a clear belief: that Irish eCommerce brands deserved a fulfilment partner who treated their operation with the same care they did themselves.
He is the person brands speak to first, and often the person they call when something matters. That direct relationship - knowing the MD by name, knowing he'll engage personally when it counts - is something clients consistently tell us they value.
Operations Manager
Steven keeps the warehouse floor running smoothly day in, day out. Working alongside a dedicated team, he makes sure every inbound, pick, pack and dispatch is handled on time; giving brands the confidence to rely on 2Flow's same-day cut-off, even when volumes spike.
Steven's job is to make sure the operation absorbs it without service dropping.
Head of Brand Partnerships
Eve is the person most 2Flow clients speak to day-to-day. She manages the brand relationships - onboarding new clients, handling queries, and making sure the operation stays aligned with each brand's needs as they grow.
Brands consistently describe her response times as the benchmark for what good communication looks like. When something needs resolving, Eve is usually ahead of it before it becomes a problem.
